Returns & Exchanges
UNIF Clothing will provide a free exchange or full refund for defective items received within 30 days of when the items were shipped, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached,. UNIF Clothing will issue an exchange or partial refund for all non damaged non-clearance items received within 30 days of when the items were shipped, provided the items are unopened, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and free of defects. ALL returns (not exchanges) are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items received after 30 days but within 60 days will qualify for store credit. For exchanges, you may still return the item within 30 days of when you received the exchanged item. Overnight shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion.

Lingerie & Swimwear
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on lingerie and swimwear due to hygienic concerns.
How to Send Back Your Return (US Orders)
All domestic orders ship with PREPAID return mailing labels. To ship an item back to UNIF, simply pack your item and invoice into a bag/box and affix the emailed UPS mailing label. To mail your package, arrange a UPS pickup or drop it off at the counter at your local UPS.
Please indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item. For exchanges, please indicate the desired model/size.
How to Send Back Your Return (International Orders)
International exchanges & returns work in the same way as domestic exchanges & returns, but do not include prepaid return labels or refund return shipping costs. Address exchanges & returns to:

This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that UNIF Clothing shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, UNIF Clothing shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
