When will my order ship?

We get very eager when we order stuff too so we understand. UNIF is a small team and we do our best to get all orders shipped within 1-2 business days of being ordered. We prioritize orders that have opted for express delivery. Our warehouse is open Mon-Thur and is dedicated to providing accurate and timely service. We appreciate your patience (especially during sale seasons).

How do I return my items?

Why is my promo code not working?

This is usually due to the code either being expired, or the product(s) in your cart not being eligible for that particular discount. If you have tried several times and feel there is still an error please reach out to us at help@unifclothing.com and we will help you as soon as we can.

What's the deal with UNIF?

This is a great question, and we are happy you asked. A little insight into our business is that we are much smaller than you think. We are a team of less than 20 employees from top to bottom and pride ourselves on providing a living wage throughout our entire supply chain from the family-owned factories that we have worked with for over a decade, to our in-house warehouse and fulfillment team, to our design team and beyond. 

Along with that we are always striving to produce our products in limited quantities to cut down on waste and also to be able to use materials that are not harmful to you or the environment. Long story short, there are a lot of shortcuts that a business can take to juice profits out of its customers and staff, we try to do the opposite. One secret to  staying in business over 15 years is supplying the best quality we can while maintaining the lowest price possible in order to provide you with a product that you and we can be proud of.  We really care about what we do here and we hope that shows.  Thank you as always for your support from the UNIF Family <3 UNIF

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

UNIF takes most modern forms of payment through our checkout. Major credit cards, ApplePay, GooglePay, AliPay, AfterPay, ShopPay, CashApp and PayPal are all offered.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once you place your order online, you will receive an order confirmation email, followed soon by a shipment confirmation email that will provide tracking links depending on which carrier is used that you will be able to follow all the way to delivery. Is the style I want coming back??

The best way to insure that a sold out style you're after comes back is to sign up to be notified via email on the product page. As a way of keeping waste down we only produce in limited quantities and determine reorders based on your interest, so sign up to be notified and comment to us on our socials and we will do our best to get it made for you.

What is the International Shipping Policy?

UNIF is now proud to offer 100% transparent pricing at checkout for all international orders. All duties and taxes are shown at checkout and there are zero further charges post-checkout. No more surprises when it's finally almost at your door. We wish there didn't have to be any but unfortunately, we are not in control of your country and it's laws. Doing this helps to provide a more seamless experience and quick delivery to you.
