Returns & Exchanges

ALL ITEMS PURCHASED DURING SEASONAL SALE PROMOTIONS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY. NO REFUNDS ON DISCOUNTED ITEMS.

To request a return, use the form at the bottom of this page. Once your request has been received we will review and approve or deny (depending on eligibility) and you will be emailed instructions on how to proceed. For more detailed information on our Return Policy, please read the following.

 

RETURNS

Full price items purchased at UNIF are eligible for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Sale items are eligible for store credit ONLY, and must be received by UNIF within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached in order to be refunded. To request a return label, please use the form at the bottom of this page.

The "actual cost" label fee will be deducted from all returns for refund that use the return label provided. Any refunds totaling $500 or more are subject to a 10% restocking fee. All returns for store credit will be processed free of charge.

All items discounted at 50% or beyond of the original retail price are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. For hygienic reasons, sunglasses, socks, hats, underwear and swimsuit bottoms cannot be returned.

All shoes must be returned with shoebox in its original condition with no postage labels attached. A box replacement fee of $10 will be deducted from any returns not meeting these requirements.

 

EXCHANGES

If you would like to make an exchange, we recommend that you place a new order for the size that you need, as we cannot place any items on hold.

Request a refund for your original order by filling out the form at the bottom of this page. Put your new order number in the “Customer Notes” field. For domestic returns, we will email you a prepaid UPS return label within 24 hours of your request. For international returns, ship your order to the address provided in the email you receive. Once we have received your return, we will issue a full refund for your original order. *Please send shipment with a service that provides tracking for your records. UNIF is not responsible for any lost packages shipped back to us and no refund will be provided until package is received and checked. 

 

DAMAGES/INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact customer service immediately at help@unifclothing.com so we can rectify the issue.  

Returns will be processed within 2-3 business days of being received. It may take up to 5 business days for credit card or PayPal refunds to be processed. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
